Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including service, rental, vendor, and construction contracts
- Advises leaders and operational teams on contract terms and risk mitigation
- Supports dispute resolution and coordinates with outside counsel when needed
- Affirms contract management processes and supplier compliance
- Supports property and casualty insurance matters and risk management strategies
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active state bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of contract negotiation and transactional law experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and business-partnering skills
- Must be willing and able to work onsite
Pay
$119,680 to $160,019
