In-House Corporate Counsel
About the role
Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join the legal department of a large North American logistics company. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience structuring, drafting, negotiating, and revising a broad range of commercial agreements, including procurement and vendor, technology and software licensing, marketing and sponsorship, supply and logistics, professional and consulting services, and customer-facing sales agreements. Prior experience working at a large corporate law firm and/or a large corporate legal department is preferred. The position is based on‑site or hybrid in Dublin, Ohio, with remote candidates also considered.
Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, negotiate, and revise a broad range of commercial agreements, including procurement and vendor, technology and software licensing, marketing and sponsorship, supply and logistics, professional and consulting services, and customer-facing sales agreements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial contracts experience
- Demonstrated ability to draft, negotiate, and analyze a wide range of complex commercial agreements
- Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Outstanding references
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
Qualifications
- Prior experience working at a large corporate law firm and/or a large corporate legal department preferred

Pay
Salary range: $180,000 to $220,000; eligible for bonuses based on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
