About the role
We are looking for an In-House Creator who is as comfortable in a boardroom as they are behind a camera — someone who turns real-world experiences into content that actually moves people. This is not a traditional social media manager role. It's a front-row seat to the conversations shaping the future of brand marketing, creator culture, and AI-driven audience intelligence.
What You'll Do
- Attend and cover industry events, conferences, executive dinners, and portfolio company visits on behalf of the company (events include PGA Championship sponsorships, Cannes Lions, Adobe Max, and more)
- Capture on-the-ground content — short-form video, behind-the-scenes footage, real-time social posts, and longer editorial pieces — across platforms
- Interview operators, marketers, founders, and executives to surface stories that are worth telling before they become mainstream
- Collaborate with the company’s platform team to identify emerging trends and translate data-backed insights into compelling content narratives
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar that supports brand visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels
- Edit and produce your own content end-to-end, from raw footage to final publish-ready asset
- Build and grow your own perspective and voice as a representative of the company in the creator economy space
- Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives
What You Bring
- 5+ years of content creation, journalism, brand storytelling, or a related field are preferred (a standout portfolio can make up for years)
- Proven ability to create high-quality short-form and long-form content independently, from concept through production
- Comfort and confidence in live event environments — you know how to find the story in a busy room
- Strong on-camera presence and/or strong editorial voice (ideally both)
- Proficiency with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent) and an eye for visual storytelling
- Genuine interest in the intersection of media, marketing, technology, and creator culture
- An existing audience or active content presence is a plus — a clear point of view is a must
- Ability to travel regularly and thrive in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
- Self-starter mentality: you manage your own deadlines, don't wait to be told what to create, and take ownership of your output
Nice to Have
- Background in marketing, media, communications, or a related field
- Experience covering B2B brands, martech, or adtech content
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to content creation and workflow
- Network within the creator, agency, or brand marketing world
