In-House Broker Sales Representative

Key Duties

  • Identify and secure clients through prospecting, networking, and marketing
  • Respond promptly to inbound requests and inquiries
  • SOURCE aircraft via internal fleet and external operators
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and availability
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and booking platforms
  • BUILD long-term client relationships with excellent service
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth trip execution
  • MONITOR industry trends, aircraft availability, and market pricing
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in aviation or luxury travel
  • Charter brokerage or private aviation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of aircraft types and charter logistics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Proficiency with CRM and charter software a plus
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
