Key Duties
- Identify and secure clients through prospecting, networking, and marketing
- Respond promptly to inbound requests and inquiries
- SOURCE aircraft via internal fleet and external operators
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and availability
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and booking platforms
- BUILD long-term client relationships with excellent service
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth trip execution
- MONITOR industry trends, aircraft availability, and market pricing
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in aviation or luxury travel
- Charter brokerage or private aviation experience preferred
- Knowledge of aircraft types and charter logistics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Proficiency with CRM and charter software a plus
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
