About the role

This is a full-time, in-house Architect position located in Clarkston, MI, with some opportunities for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of construction drawings
• Drafting schematic design
• Participating in building information modeling (BIM)
• Coordination with MEP engineers
• Performing site visits and field measurements

Requirements

• Experience in creating construction drawings and working knowledge of building codes
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Enscape, InDesign, and Photoshop preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Schematic design experience
