This full-time In-Home Traveler Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role is based in Illinois and supports a leader in the healthcare space. You will provide in-home health evaluations, engage with patients to improve outcomes, and collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business teams to deliver practical technology solutions that drive long-term growth.

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations for patients
• Engage with patients to build trust and improve health outcomes
• Conduct medication and medical history reviews
• Perform physical evaluations and necessary diagnostic tests
• Utilize technology for clinical workflows during visits
• Facilitate connections to additional care as needed
• Deliver virtual visits when required

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
• Board certification required
• Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses as needed
• Flexibility to cover all counties within the state
• Willingness to travel and perform evaluations in diverse home environments

Pay

$95,738 – $206,206 annually
