In-Home Traveler Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Full Time - Hawaii

For our client, we are seeking a In-Home Traveler Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Full Time - Hawaii to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will focus on delivering in-home health evaluations for health plan members across Hawaii, building trust in the home setting while supporting thorough clinical assessments. The position combines face-to-face visits with virtual care as needed and requires frequent travel across licensed areas to help ensure access to high-quality member care. You will work within a structured clinical workflow, collaborating with members through detailed medication and medical history reviews and diagnostic testing. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $104,442 – $224,952 annually Responsibilities Conduct in-home health evaluations and build trust with clients Engage with health plan members in their own homes Provide a thorough review of medication and medical history Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for evaluations Perform diagnostic tests such as spirometry and diabetic exams Travel up to 100% within licensed states Conduct virtual visits as required Qualifications Active, unrestricted licenses in required coverage areas Board certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Ability to obtain and maintain multiple state licenses Flexibility to cover all counties within the state as needed Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Annual CEU allowance 401K options Supplies and other perks Malpractice coverage Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
