In Home Therapist - Bilingual

About the role

The Bilinugal In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions in clients' homes
• Treat behavioral needs of youth
• Work with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders is highly desirable
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is desirable

Requirements

• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish
• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting
• Highly desirable to have experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders
• Desirable to have experience working with children on the autism spectrum

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Fees for Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate: $60/hour over productivity
