About the role
The In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. Bilingual opportunities and both full-time and fee-for-service (FFS) hours are available.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
- One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
- One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high speed secure internet required for full-time positions

Pay
- Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
- Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
- Incentive Rate: $60/hour over productivity
Schedule
Early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
