In-Home Therapist

Northeast Family Services is looking to expand our team with talented and enthusiastic therapists who are interested in working to enhance the mental wellness of people within our community. We value your experience delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns.

About the role

The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. Bilingual opportunities available. Positions are open for full-time or fee-for-service hours.

• Treat youth’s behavioral needs

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or related CBHI-approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders (preferred)
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum (desirable)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Access to secured high-speed internet
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time)

Pay

• Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000
• Incentive Rate: $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-Service Rate: $50 - $70/hour
