In-Home Therapist

About the role

Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. Bilingual opportunities available. Positions offered in Full Time or Fee-for-Service (FFS) hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Pay

• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Full-Time: $64,000 to $72,000 salary
• Incentive Rate: $60 per hour over productivity

Schedule

Early Friday closures at 12:30 pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
