In-Home Therapist

About the role

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. This role provides structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home for the purpose of treating a youth's behavioral needs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting
• Highly desirable: Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders
• Desirable: Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Pay

Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
Incentive Rate: $60/hour over productivity

We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!
