In-Home Therapist

About the role

Responsible for providing support services to children, youth, and families in a home or community setting. Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support services to children, youth, and families
• Assess and address behavioral and emotional needs
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Conduct home visits and community-based interventions
• Document progress and communicate with families and team members

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of child development and behavior management
