About the role
Responsible for providing support services to children, youth, and families in a home or community setting. Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support services to children, youth, and families
- Assess and address behavioral and emotional needs
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct home visits and community-based interventions
- Document progress and communicate with families and team members
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of child development and behavior management
