Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join their growing team in Massachusetts. They offer generous compensation and premier benefits, including early Friday closures from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting
• Highly desirable: Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders
• Desirable: Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum

Pay

Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
Incentive Rate: $60/hour over productivity
