In Home Services BCBA
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly.
We have:
- About Dragonfly Cares: description of organization. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; but we can use "About Dragonfly Cares" as heading? The instruction says use those examples, but not limited? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those headings when appropriate. We have content about the organization; could be "About the role"? Might be better to use "About the role" for position overview. But we also have "About Dragonfly Cares". The instruction says we can use those examples; not strictly limited, but we should follow pattern. Probably we should use headings: About the role (position overview), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe Qualifications? Requirements already covers qualifications. We'll include Requirements and Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, application instructions, "APPLY TODAY", etc. Also remove duplicated lines (strong written and verbal appears twice). Keep only one.
We must preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract:
Location and Type of Service: ONSITE IN HOME SERVICES AND PARENT COUNSELING AND TRAINING Part- Time: Flexible Scheduling Hours: Monday through Friday(Mornings/afternoons/Evenings available) Pay Rate: $80-90 per hour Start Date: Immediate Opening
About Dragonfly Cares: mission-driven organization... (text)
Position Overview: Dragonfly Cares is seeking a BCBA to provide individualized in-home services... (text)
What You'll Do: list bullet points.
Requirements: list bullet points.
Preferred Experience (bonus Points): list bullet points.
Benefits: WHY JOIN DRAGONFLY CARES? list bullet points.
We also have Pay Rate and Schedule info.
We need sections: About the role (position overview), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements, Preferred Experience? Could be under Requirements or separate "Preferred Qualifications". But we can include as part of Requirements or separate "Preferred Experience". Since we have a heading for Qualifications maybe we can put Requirements and Preferred Experience under Requirements? But better to have Requirements and Preferred Experience separate? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Preferred Experience into one Requirements section, but we need to keep both. Could have a subsection? Not allowed; only headings. Could make two sections: Requirements and Preferred Experience (maybe under Qualifications). But we have limited headings: Qualifications, Skills. Could use Qualifications for Requirements, and Skills for Preferred Experience? Not ideal.
Better: Use Requirements for mandatory requirements, and Benefits for benefits, Pay for pay, Schedule for schedule, Responsibilities for duties, About the role for overview. Preferred Experience could be included under Requirements as "Preferred" but we can note it's preferred. That's okay.
Thus sections:
About the role
(position overview)
Responsibilities
(What You'll Do)
Requirements
(mandatory requirements + preferred experience note)
Benefits
(Why Join Dragonfly Cares?)
Pay
($80-90 per hour)
Schedule
(Part-Time: Flexible Scheduling Hours: Monday through Friday (Mornings/afternoons/Evenings available))
We also have Location and Type of Service: ONSITE IN HOME SERVICES AND PARENT COUNSELING AND TRAINING. Could be included in About the role or Responsibilities? Probably include in About the role as part of overview.
We must not include duplicated lines: "Strong written and verbal communication skills" appears twice in Requirements; keep once.
Also "Ability to work independently and also in a collaborative environment" appears once.
We need to keep all bullet points.
Let's craft HTML.
We'll output:
About the role
About the role
(position overview)Responsibilities
(What You'll Do)Requirements
(mandatory requirements + preferred experience note)Benefits
(Why Join Dragonfly Cares?)Pay
($80-90 per hour)Schedule
(Part-Time: Flexible Scheduling Hours: Monday through Friday (Mornings/afternoons/Evenings available)) We also have Location and Type of Service: ONSITE IN HOME SERVICES AND PARENT COUNSELING AND TRAINING. We'll output:About the role

Pay
$80-90 per hour.
Schedule
Part-time with flexible scheduling: Monday through Friday, mornings, afternoons, or evenings available.
We need to ensure we didn't repeat Pay in Benefits and Pay section; Benefits includes Competitive Pay line; but we also have separate Pay section. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having both Benefits and Pay may be redundant. However Benefits section already includes Competitive Pay line; we could drop separate Pay section and keep Pay info within Benefits. But the instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Pay is specific content; we could keep Pay section and remove the Pay line from Benefits to avoid duplication. However Benefits also includes other items; we could keep Benefits without the Pay line. Let's adjust: Benefits section will exclude the Competitive Pay line; we will keep Pay section separate. Thus Benefits list will be: - Full onboarding. - Collaborative culture. - Flexible Scheduling: Set your own hours: mornings, afternoons, or evenings Monday–Friday. - Referral bonuses: Earn up to $250 for each qualified referral. - Meaningful work: Help students grow academically, socially, and behaviorally every day. - Ongoing training: Free monthly in-person CPI (Crisis Prevention & Intervention) training and unlimited free virtual trainings including CEUs. Schedule section: we already have schedule info; but we also have Flexible Scheduling in Benefits. Might duplicate. Better to move schedule info to Schedule section and remove from Benefits. So Benefits will not include Flexible Scheduling. Thus Benefits list: - Full onboarding. - Collaborative culture. Schedule section: Part-time with flexible scheduling: Monday through Friday, mornings, afternoons, or evenings available. Pay section: $80-90 per hour. Now ensure we didn't duplicate any content. Check Requirements: we included mandatory and preferred lines with "Preferred:" prefix. Good. Check we didn't include boilerplate: removed EEO, application instructions, "APPLY TODAY", "Start Date: Immediate Opening" maybe we could include start date? Not required but could be included in About the role? The posting includes Start Date: Immediate Opening. Could be included in About the role or maybe as a separate note. Since it's substantive, we should preserve it. We can add a sentence: "Start date: immediate opening." Could be placed in About the role paragraph. Also Location and Type of Service: ONSITE IN HOME SERVICES AND PARENT COUNSELING AND TRAINING Part- Time: Flexible Scheduling Hours: Monday through Friday(Mornings/afternoons/Evenings available). We already captured schedule and location. We can include location in About the role: "Services are provided onsite in-home, including parent counseling and training." We already have that. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The bullet under Responsibilities: "Provide individualized behavioral instruction in-home." Good. "Conduct Assessments and develop Individualized ABA treatment Plans" we changed to assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans. Good. "Conduct parent counseling training (PCT) sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child's development." Good. "Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results." Good. "Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support." Good. "Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes." Good. "Stay informed on the ethical standard and latest advancements in ABA practices." Good. Requirements: Master's Degree in ABA, or related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst/LBA required or in process. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in home setting. Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Ability to work independently and also in a collaborative environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Preferred lines as above. Benefits: Full onboarding. Collaborative culture. Referral bonuses. Meaningful work. Ongoing training. Pay: $80-90 per hour. Schedule: Part-time with flexible scheduling: Monday through Friday, mornings, afternoons
