About the role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and helping them design bath solutions that match their vision and budget.
This is a dynamic outside sales role where you’ll leverage modern tools and technology to guide customers through the design and purchasing process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver our proprietary sales presentation using an iPad
- Attend ongoing weekly sales training to refine your skills
- Design customized bath solutions using our software
- Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
- Build rapport with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Previous in-home sales experience (home improvement experience is a plus)
- Reliable transportation and residence local to the Boise area
- Confidence presenting to homeowners and closing sales
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
- Able to work independently and manage your schedule
- Outgoing and personable with a strong customer focus
