With over 26 years of experience and more than 100 locations nationwide, we specialize in premium bath remodeling solutions, including one-day bathroom renovations, tub-to-shower conversions, and accessibility upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.
- Conduct professional bathroom design consultations.
- Learn customer needs and recommend the best remodeling solutions.
- Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions.
- Build trust and create a positive customer experience.
- Close sales during the consultation process.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Follow company sales processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred; home improvement, remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, flooring, HVAC, solar, or automotive sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to learn and participate in our fully paid training program.
