Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.
• Conduct professional bathroom design consultations.
• Learn customer needs and recommend the best remodeling solutions.
• Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions.
• Build trust and create a positive customer experience.
• Close sales during the consultation process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Follow company sales processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; home improvement, remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, flooring, HVAC, solar, or automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to learn and participate in our fully paid training program.
