What You Will Do
- Run pre-qualified, in-home appointments
- No cold calling
- Build trust with homeowners and deliver tailored solutions
- Present and demonstrate products with confidence and clarity
- Navigate financing conversations and position value effectively
- Close deals at a high level while maintaining a strong customer experience
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure operational precision
- Generate referrals and identify additional opportunities

What You Bring
- 2 plus years of sales experience with a track record of results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachability and openness to feedback
- Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders for attic inspections
- Valid driver’s license

- Schedule includes weekdays, evenings, and weekends based on customer availability
- This is a field-based role
