In-Home Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners (no cold calling)
- Follow a structured, consultative sales process
- Diagnose homeowner needs through thoughtful discovery
- Capture measurements in Hover and complete thorough photo documentation
- Utilize visualization tools to help homeowners envision their new exterior
- Present premium exterior solutions from best-in-class manufacturing partners
- Close deals through education and alignment—not pressure or manipulation
- Maintain clean, timely, and accurate CRM records
Qualifications

- Able to consistently execute a structured, consultative sales process
- Resilient, fail-forward mindset — able to handle rejection and learn from outcomes
- Emotional discipline and personal accountability
- Comfort with technology (CRM, mobile apps, digital design tools)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
