Key Responsibilities
- Congduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
- Design personalized bath solutions using company software
- Provide accurate pricing and close sales
- Attend ongoing weekly sales training to enhance performance
- Show strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Have previous in-home or outside sales experience (preferred)
- Be comfortable presenting and speaking with confidence
- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Have reliable transportation and local residency
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Receive pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
- Have the potential for high earnings with uncapped commissions

Pay
Base Salary + Commission Structure (performance-based)
On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually
