In-Home Sales Representative

About the role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and providing customized bath remodeling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based system
• Design customized bath solutions for homeowners in real time
• Present pricing and close sales during appointments
• Participate in weekly sales training to improve skills and performance
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience from start to finish

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in home improvement or in-home sales is highly preferred
• Background in bathroom remodeling, construction, or similar industries is a plus
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
• Confident presenter with strong objection-handling skills
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building ability

This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance, experience, and drive.

Pay
