About the role
Bath Planet of Southern Idaho is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to design and sell bath solutions that align with their vision and budget.
Responsibilities
- Deliver our proprietary sales presentation using an iPad
- Attend ongoing weekly sales training to refine skills
- Design customized bath solutions using our software
- Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
- Build rapport with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Previous in-home sales experience (home improvement experience is a plus)
- Reliable transportation and residence local to the Boise area
- Confidence presenting to homeowners and closing sales
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
- Able to work independently and manage your schedule
- Outgoing and personable with a strong customer focus

Pay
