About the role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested information about our products and services. Using our proprietary sales system and design technology, you’ll help customers create the perfect bath remodeling solution for their home while earning an exceptional income.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Build customized bath remodeling solutions for homeowners
- Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions
- Deliver professional and engaging presentations that help customers make informed decisions
- Close sales and exceed performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Provide an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence presenting to homeowners in a professional setting
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry experience is a plus
- Comfortable using technology, tablets, and sales software

Pay
This is a commission-based position. Successful representatives typically earn between $100,000 and $150,000+ annually, with top performers earning even more.
