About the role

Bath Planet of Southern Idaho is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to design and sell bath solutions that align with their vision and budget.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proprietary sales presentations using an iPad
• Attend weekly sales training to refine skills
• Design customized bath solutions using company software
• Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
• Build rapport with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Previous in-home sales experience (home improvement experience is a plus)
• Reliable transportation and residence local to the Boise area
• Confidence presenting to homeowners and closing sales
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
• Able to work independently and manage your schedule
• Outgoing and personable with a strong customer focus
