In-Home Sales Representative

Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based system
- Design customized bath solutions for homeowners in real time
- Present pricing and close sales during appointments
- Participate in weekly sales training to improve skills and performance
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Prior experience in home improvement or in-home sales is highly preferred
- Background in bathroom remodeling, construction, or similar industries is a plus
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Confident presenter with strong objection-handling skills
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building ability
