Bath Planet of Montgomery / Bath Innovations of Alabama is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and working independently while receiving training and ongoing support.
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments
- Conduct professional sales presentations using an iPad-based system
- Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions using company software
- Explain product features, benefits, and financing options
- Present pricing and close sales effectively
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Attend weekly sales training and development sessions
You will need to have strong communication and relationship-building skills, previous sales experience (in-home sales experience is a plus), experience in remodeling, construction, or home improvement sales (preferred but not required), comfort presenting solutions in a customer's home, a self-motivated work ethic, and a strong work ethic, and reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
The estimated earnings range from $50,000 - $150,000+ per year based on performance. There is uncapped commission-based compensation, paid training and ongoing sales coaching, a flexible schedule, and an opportunity for career growth with an established company.
