About the role
We are seeking a driven and professional In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners across our service territory. This is an outside sales role focused on delivering in-home consultations, presenting tailored remodeling solutions, and closing sales using industry-leading tools and technology.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers
- Deliver engaging sales presentations using iPad-based tools
- Design customized bath remodeling solutions
- Present pricing and financing options clearly and confidently
- Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a commission-only role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to travel throughout assigned territory

Schedule
This role is full-time with flexible scheduling and evening and weekend availability may be required based on customer appointments.
