Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments
• Conduct professional sales presentations using our iPad-based sales system
• Design customized home improvement solutions that meet each customer's needs
• Present pricing and financing options
• Close sales and complete all required documentation
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience is preferred but not required
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
