Job Overview
Five Star Construction & Home Improvement LLC is seeking motivated In-Home Sales Representatives to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present high-quality bath remodeling solutions.
Responsibilities
- Congduct in-home sales presentations with pre-qualified homeowners
- Use an iPad-based system to design and present bath solutions
- Present pricing and close sales during appointments
- Participate in ongoing sales training
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred
- Comfortable presenting and closing in a home setting
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation required
- Able to work independently
Compensation
- 100% Commission-based
- $100,000+ annual earning potential (based on performance)
- Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time available)
