In-Home Sales Representative

About the role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present and sell customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use modern tools and technology to design and close sales directly in the home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based system
• Design personalized bath solutions using company software
• Provide pricing and close sales during consultations
• Participate in ongoing sales training
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Experience in remodeling or home improvement is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Confident presenter with strong closing ability
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

• Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
