Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
- Conduct professional in-home design consultations using our proprietary iPad-based sales presentation.
- Listen to customers' needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions.
- Prepare product designs, pricing, and financing options.
- Guide customers through the buying process and close sales.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project completion.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
- Ability to manage your schedule and work independently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Comfortable using technology, including tablets and sales software.
- Previous in-home sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, bathroom remodeling, windows, roofing, or other home services is a plus.
