In-Home Sales Representative

About the role

Texas Bath & Shower is seeking experienced and enthusiastic sales professionals to join their team. Ideal candidates will have a passion for sales, enjoy meeting new people, and have a background in home improvement or remodeling.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations
• Use our iPad-based sales system to design bath and shower projects
• Build customer relationships and provide outstanding service
• Present pricing and financing options
• Close sales and complete all necessary paperwork
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales experience is preferred; home improvement or remodeling sales is a plus
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local area
• Basic computer and tablet skills
