Position Summary
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide customized bathroom remodeling solutions. Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you'll design projects, present product options, and close sales. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional seeking unlimited earning potential. No cold calling—qualified appointments are provided.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments
- Build rapport and identify customers' remodeling needs
- Create customized bathroom designs using our sales software
- Present product solutions, pricing, and financing options
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales goals
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong closing and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable using technology, including iPads and sales software
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local territory
Compensation & Benefits
- $150,000–$200,000+ annual earning potential
