In-Home Sales Representative

About the Role

Comfort Kitchen & Bath is seeking driven In-Home Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners and deliver customized bath remodeling solutions across the Houston area. We combine high-quality products with hospitality-driven customer experience — giving our sales team the tools, support, and reputation needed to close confidently and consistently.

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and present customized bath solutions using our proven sales process and design tools. This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are confident, self-motivated, and motivated by high income potential.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-qualified, company-provided appointments in customers’ homes
• Deliver a structured sales presentation using an iPad
• Design customized bath solutions using provided software
• Present pricing and close sales during the appointment
• Follow up as needed to secure decisions
• Attend sales training and team meetings as requested

Requirements

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement experience a strong plus)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in closing sales in a one-call environment
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Reliable transportation and local to the Houston area

Pay

• Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
• Earn 8%–12% commission per sale, based on performance and experience
• Average earnings of $800–$1,500+ per closed deal
• Higher-ticket projects offer increased earning potential
• Top-performing representatives consistently earn $100K–$200K+ annually
• Weekly pay with consistent, company-provided leads

Schedule

• Flexible, appointment-based schedule
• Initial volume may be part-time / as needed, with strong growth into a full-time opportunity as lead flow increases
• Local travel within the Greater Houston area
