In-Home Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Conduct professional in-home design consultations using our proprietary iPad-based sales presentation.
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions.
• Prepare product designs, pricing, and financing options.
• Guide customers through the buying process and close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project completion.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong presentation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Ability to manage your schedule and work independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable using technology, including tablets and sales software.
• Previous in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, bathroom remodeling, windows, roofing, or other home services is a plus.
