Position Responsibilities
- Carry out in-home sales consultations using an iPad and augmented reality to design and implement window and door replacement solutions.
- Follow established Renewal Sales processes until completion, ensuring all necessary contracts and paperwork are submitted for each project.
- Drive a personal vehicle and sit for extended periods during monthly appointments totaling up to 1,800-2,500 miles.
- Attend and actively participate in various sales meetings, trainings, and branch meetings.
- Participate in technical measurement appointments and installations, supporting the sales project process through documentation, follow-through, order changes, discounting guidelines, and maintaining communication with homeowners.
- Utilize required company-designated software, systems, and technology tools, adhering to all related usage, security, and confidentiality policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Visibly passionate about providing a world-class homeowner experience.
- Values collaboration and builds strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Positive mental attitude and driven to exceed goals in a competitive industry.
- Basic computer skills and iPad skills.
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license and/or ability to obtain In-Home State License (requirements vary by state).
- Able to lift/move items weighing up to 53 pounds from ground to table top level.
- Requires the ability for frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, and climbing stairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, or minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
