About the Role
Run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments — no cold calling, no door knocking. Educate homeowners, handle objections, and close on the first visit. Cover Greater Louisville and Kentuckiana.
USA Insulation is the only company in the country that injects proprietary foam insulation directly into the wall cavities of existing homes — from the outside, no demolition, no mess. We also do blown-in attic insulation and crawlspace insulation, so most homes give you more than one thing to sell. We've done this in over 150,000 homes nationwide.
Schedule
Full time or a couple days a week, your choice. Consistency is key:
- At least two weekdays a week, so we can build a route around you.
- A block of about four to six hours on those days (morning, afternoon, or whole day).
- At least 4 hours per block to accommodate 2–3 appointments. Appointments must end by 6pm.
- Some Saturdays (a couple per month, typically in high season).
- For part-time/flexible schedules: if you can provide dependable blocks each week, we can accommodate almost any schedule.
Pay
$120,000–$150,000+ first-year earning potential. Commission-based with performance bonuses.

Requirements
You've sold in someone's home before. You ask for the sale every time and don’t fold at objections like:
- "Let me think about it"
- "I need to talk to my spouse"
- "That's more than I expected"
- "I want to get two more estimates"
You know how to address concerns on the spot and persuade without pushing. You carry yourself professionally.
