About the Role
USA Insulation is the only company in the country that injects proprietary foam insulation directly into the wall cavities of existing homes — from the outside, no demolition, no mess. We also do blown-in attic insulation and crawlspace insulation, so most homes give you more than one thing to sell. Run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments — no cold calling, no door knocking. Educate homeowners, handle objections, and close on the first visit. Cover Greater Louisville and Kentuckiana.
Schedule
Full time or a couple days a week, your choice. We need consistency:
- At least two weekdays a week, so we can build a route around you.
- A block of about four to six hours on those days (morning, afternoon, or a whole day).
- At least 4 hours per block to accommodate 2–3 appointments.
- Appointments must conclude by 6pm.
- A couple of Saturdays a month, particularly in high season.
For part-time or flexible roles: if you can provide dependable blocks each week, we can build almost any schedule around them.
Pay
$120,000–$150,000+ first-year earning potential. Commission-based with performance bonuses.

Requirements
You’ve sold in someone’s home before. You ask for the sale every time and don’t fold at objections like:
- “Let me think about it”
- “I need to talk to my spouse”
- “That’s more than I expected”
- “I want to get two more estimates”
You know how to uncover the real concern, address it on the spot, and close the sale that night. You carry yourself professionally and understand the difference between pushing and persuading.
