In-Home Sales / Demo Specialist
About the role
As an In-Home Sales / Demo Specialist, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation. You'll demonstrate our products, design customized bathroom solutions using our proprietary sales technology, and help customers confidently move forward with their remodeling projects.
Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and design consultations.
- Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized bathroom designs.
- Present pricing and financing options.
- Close sales and help homeowners transform their bathrooms.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing professional training.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through sale.
- Show strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Have previous in-home sales experience (home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus).
- Be comfortable presenting products and asking for the sale.
- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive.
- Have a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Show excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the local service area.
- Be able to thrive in a commission-based sales environment.

Pay
This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Successful representatives have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually, with top performers earning even more. Your income is directly tied to your effort, performance, and ability to close sales.
