In-Home Sales / Demo Specialist

Position Overview

As an In-Home Sales / Demo Specialist, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation. You'll demonstrate our products, design customized bathroom solutions using our proprietary sales technology, and help customers confidently move forward with their remodeling projects.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and design consultations
• Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized bathroom designs
• Present pricing and financing options
• Close sales and help homeowners transform their bathrooms
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing professional training
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through sale

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus)
• Comfortable presenting products and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the local service area
• Ability to thrive in a commission-based sales environment

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Successful representatives have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually, with top performers earning even more. Your income is directly tied to your effort, performance, and ability to close sales.
