Position Overview

As an In-Home Sales / Demo Specialist, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation. You will demonstrate our products, design customized bathroom solutions using our proprietary sales technology, and help customers confidently move forward with their remodeling projects. This is an outside sales position designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, controlling their income, and building a rewarding career.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and design consultations.
• Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized bathroom designs.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and help homeowners transform their bathrooms.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing professional training.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through sale.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus).
• Comfortable presenting products and asking for the sale.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the local service area.
• Able to thrive in a commission-based sales environment.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Successful representatives have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually, with top performers earning even more. Your income is directly tied to your effort, performance, and ability to close sales.
