About the role
Join J. Blanton Plumbing, a rapidly growing residential plumbing company in Chicago, in expanding its Bathroom Remodeling Division. We are seeking experienced sales consultants with a strong track record in home improvement sales.
Responsibilities
- Congduct in-home consultations to understand the homeowner's shower remodel needs and recommend the right solution
- Present the company, materials, and design options in a clear, professional way
- Prepare accurate, to-the-penny quotes during the consultation
- Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and address questions or concerns
- Build trust with clients and deliver a positive, professional experience in every home
- Take accurate measurements needed for the remodel
- Document customer interactions and keep sales records up to date
- Stay knowledgeable about our products, process, and industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in in-home sales or home improvement sales
- Preferred backgrounds include: Bathroom remodeling, Windows, Roofing, Siding, Doors, Exterior remodeling, Other home improvement industries
- Experience generating $2M+ in annual sales preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven mindset
