Job Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments throughout Brooklyn.
- Conduct professional in-home bathroom design consultations.
- Learn customer needs and recommend customized remodeling solutions.
- Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions.
- Build trust and create a positive customer experience.
- Close sales during the consultation process.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update lead statuses in company systems.
- Follow established sales processes to achieve goals.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
- Home improvement sales experience is a plus (bath remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, flooring, HVAC, solar, or similar industries).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
- Comfortable meeting homeowners in their homes.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to complete our fully paid training program.
