In Home RBT for a Teen in Clarksburg

About the role

Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for a new in-home case in Clarksburg, MD, working with a 13-year-old client. The family lives near Germantown (20878), and we only match technicians with cases less than 30 minutes from home. This case is ready to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to a 13-year-old client in the home setting
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Use de-escalation techniques when needed
• Maintain a calm, supportive presence under pressure
• Build a consistent therapeutic relationship with the client and family

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• De-escalation training
• Some hands-on experience working with children or teens
• Reliable transportation to the client's home

Pay

$29 to $33 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

• Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturdays: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Part-time position with steady hours.
