Responsibilities
- Engage with patients during in-home health evaluations
- Conduct comprehensive medication and medical history reviews
- Perform physical evaluations and document findings
- Utilize technology for clinical workflows during visits
- Travel locally and within licensed states for home visits
- Conduct virtual visits when needed
- Provide additional diagnostic and preventive services as required
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in coverage area(s) required
- Multi-state licenses preferred
- Experience in patient interactions and evaluations
- Strong communication skills to build trust with patients
- Ability to work independently in diverse environments
