Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-home health evaluations
• Engage with patients to build trusting relationships
• Perform medication and medical history reviews
• Provide diagnostic and preventive health services for patients
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed
• Host virtual health visits when necessary

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
• Board certification required
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Experience performing health evaluations in home settings
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with patients
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems

Pay

$95,738 – $206,206 annually
