Responsibilities

• Engage with patients in their homes for comprehensive health evaluations
• Build trusted relationships with patients
• Conduct medication and medical history reviews
• Perform physical evaluations and additional diagnostic tests as necessary
• Travel locally and within licensed states for patient visits
• Conduct virtual visits when required
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licenses in coverage areas
• Board certification is required
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Experience in conducting health evaluations in home settings
• Strong interpersonal skills for building patient relationships
• Ability to adapt to diverse household environments

Pay

$95,738 – $206,206 annually
