About the role

We are seeking an In-Home Installation and Health Technician responsible for delivering, installing, integrating, and troubleshooting consumer electronics such as home theater, smart home, computing, and health devices. The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach, technical expertise, and teamwork to enhance customer satisfaction and support technology needs in home environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide product advice to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Perform installations, networking, and troubleshooting of consumer electronics
• Support health technology installations in compliance with HIPAA and health standards
• Collaborate with team members to deliver services
• Manage inventory and maintain safety protocols

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• 2 years of consumer electronics experience
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds independently or 150 pounds with assistance

Preferred experience

• Working with advanced or complex electronics
