Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate nursing care to adult patients in a home setting
• Managing acuity levels such as feeding tubes, tracheostomy, ventilators, and medication administration (training available)
• Ensuring clinical outcomes through collaboration with team members
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
• Supporting patients' health and safety while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must transfer within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
